YLCC Membership Application

To the Board of Directors of Yost Lake Country Club: I do hereby apply for membership in the Yost Lake Country Club, Inc., Payne County, Oklahoma.
In the event of approval, I agree to abide by the Constitution, rules and regulations of Yost Lake Country Club, Inc.
I irrevocably waive all claims against said Club or any of its officers, directors, or members for any act or acts in connection with the business of the Club, and particularly as to acts in electing, or failure to elect, advancing, suspending, expelling or otherwise disciplining me as an applicant or as a member, or any member of my family or any of my guests. I agree to submit to a background check that will be administered by the Club. I agree to personally meet with the Board of Directors for an interview at the earliest mutually convenient time and place.
I agree to pay promptly upon billing fees, assessments, dues, fines or other charges as long as I remain a member of the Club, including but not limited to stock purchase, stock transfer fees, application fees, annual membership dues and/or other assessments.
