Yost Lake cabins are considered Personal Property. You are purchasing the structure but you are not purchasing the land on which it sits. Cabins are not considered Real Property and no legal description can be provided to any lender. Cabins are subject to Payne County Personal Property taxes.

Yost Lake is a private club. Anyone seeking to buy a cabin is subject to the membership/acceptance process. Membership Application information can be found here.

Potential buyers must be accompanied by the seller and/or a Yost Lake Member at all times on Yost Lake property.
